Nuraghe Asoru

The Nuraghe Asoru (also known as Nuraghe Soro) is located west of San Priamo, immediately north of the road (ex-SS125) from Muravera to Cagliari , in the province of Sud Sardegna in Sardinia . At the same time, it is not far from the Riu sa Picocca (river), the only natural transition from the stony Sarrabus-Gerrei to the fertile Campidano . Nuraghi are prehistoric towers of the Bonnanaro culture (2200–1600 BC) and the subsequent nuragic culture (around 1600–400 BC) in Sardinia.

Nuraghe Asoru

Asoru is one of the notable nuraghi in the southeast of the island. The once high central tower, the outer wall is without the Kragkuppel - their stability is particularly remarkable because the tower from almost unprocessed dry stone has been erected. It has an unusually shaped annex with a small courtyard and two poorly preserved secondary towers.
