The O'Keefe Hill is an isolated, icy and 1871 m high hill in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the Prince Charles Mountains, it rises 2.5 km south of Baldwin Nunatak and 13 km south-southwest of Mount Starlight .
Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1965 were used for mapping purposes. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it in 1966 after John O'Keefe, cook at Mawson Station in 1964.
