Oda von Tecklenburg (* around 1180; † April 5, 1221 ) was the second daughter of Count Simon I of Tecklenburg and Countess Oda von Berg-Altena .

Oda was married to Count Hermann II (Lippe) , eldest son of nobleman Bernhard II zur Lippe and Heilwig von Are-Hostaden , daughter of Count Otto I von Are-Hostaden . The marriage had seven children:
