The Ograzhden Cove (English; Bulgarian залив Огражден saliw Ograschden ) is a 680 m wide and 550 m long bay on the northwest coast of the Ray Promontory on the Byers Peninsula of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . As the northeast branch of Svishtov Cove , it lies between Essex Point in the north and Kardzhali Point in the south.
British scientists mapped it in 1968, Spanish in 1992 and Bulgarian in 2005 and 2009. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2006 after Mount Ograschden in southwestern Bulgaria .
