Olaf Jacob Martin Luther Breda Bull (born November 10, 1883 in Kristiania , † June 29, 1933 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian poet .

The son of the writer Jacob Breda Bull and his wife Maria Augusta Berglöf grew up in Kristiania. When he was thirteen, he lived in Hurum for a while while his father was writing. Bull started his own literary attempts in 1899 in the magazine of his high school. After finishing school, the family moved to Rome , from where he returned to Kristiania in 1903 to study there. Bull was a journalist for the Posten and the Dagbladet for several years . In 1909 he published poems with which he became famous in Norway in one fell swoop. Bull is the father of the poet Jan Bull .
