Olav Trygve Bjørnstad (born December 16, 1882 in Oslo , † June 13, 1963 ) was a Norwegian rower .

Bjørnstad took part in the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm as the helmsman of the foursome , and won the bronze medal there together with Claus Høyer , Reidar Holter , Magnus Herseth and Frithjof Olstad . The team only had to admit defeat to the boats from Denmark and Sweden .
