Olav Ingvaldsen Hagen (born November 28, 1921 in Vingrom ; † August 21, 2013 there ) was a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Hagen, who started for the Vingrom IL , won the bronze medal with the relay at the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz . He was also ninth there over 18 km. At Norwegian championships he won in 1957 together with Håkon Brusveen and his brother Torgeir Hagen with the relay. In 1956 and 1958 he took second place and in 1955 and 1960 third place with the Vingrom IL relay.
