Oleg Tsybulko

Oleg Tsybulko (born 1984 in Glodeni ) is a Moldovan opera singer with a bass voice who is a member of the Bolshoi Theater ensemble.

Life

Tsybulko first studied piano , then singing in Chișinău and graduated in 2009. In 2011 he was accepted into the Young Artists Opera Program of the Moscow Bolshoi Theater and made his debut in November of the same year in the large house as Sarastro in Mozart's Magic Flute . This was followed by the Collie in Puccini's La Bohème , the Angelotti in his Tosca , the Rodolfo in Bellini's La sonnambula in a production by Pier Luigi Pizzi and the Prince Gremin in Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin . In 2012 he sang Sparafucile in Verdi's Rigoletto in the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow , in 2013 he was accepted as a soloist in the Bolshoi Ensemble, and in 2014 he took over the Skula in Borodin's Prince Igor and Malyuta in Rimsky-Korsakov's The Tsar's Bride . In this role he performed in April 2014 with great success as part of a Bolshoi guest appearance in concert at the Theater an der Wien , it conducted Gennady Rozhdestvensky .
