Olga Anatoljewna Gorschenina ( Russian Ольга Анатольевна Горшенина , scientific transliteration Ol'ga Anatol'evna Goršenina ; born November 9, 1990 in Toljatti ) is a Russian handball player .

Career

Gorschenina initially played for the Russian first division club GK Lada Tolyatti . With the GK Lada, the backcourt player became Russian vice cup winner in 2009 and won the EHF Cup in 2012 and 2014 . In 2014 she joined the league competitor GK Astrachanotschka . With Astrakhanochka, she won the Russian championship in 2016. She then moved to GK Kuban Krasnodar . A season later she joined the Hungarian first division club Alba Fehérvár . In 2019 she joined the Russian first division club PGK CSKA Moscow .

Gorschina has so far played 45 international matches for the Russian women's national team , in which she scored 24 goals. She took part in the 2010 handball championship with the Russian selection . Previously, Gorschenina belonged to the Russian national junior team, with which she took third place in the European Championship in 2009 and second place in the World Cup in 2010. At the 2019 World Cup , she won the bronze medal with the Russian selection.
