Olga Erofejewa (born April 24, 1985 ; Russian Ольга Ерофеева , international transcription: Olga Erofeeva or Olga Yerofeyeva;) is a Russian triathlete , Russian duathlon champion 2011 (elite) and aquathlon vice-state champion 2011, who has competed for Kazakhstan since 2010 .

Career

In the official Russian ranking ( Рейтинг ), which is calculated on the basis of various Russian and international competitions, Erofejewa was in 19th place in 2010, although she did not take part in the Russian competitions on which the ranking was based and her rank was only 20th at the European Cup in Alanya came about.

In April 2011 Erofejewa achieved the international breakthrough. At the Volkswagen Aldiana Triathlon (Small States of Europe Championship) (March 27, 2011) in Cyprus, where the Russian elite triathletes had set up their training camp, she won the silver medal on the sprint distance, although she was not formally part of the Russian national team counted. At the European Cup in Antalya, she finally managed to make it into the top ten and put the triathletes of the Russian national team in the shade.

As suddenly as Erofejewa appeared in elite sport, her sporting past is so mysterious: Her name does not appear anywhere in the official rankings of the Russian Triathlon Association for 2009, neither in the overall ranking ( Рейтинг ) nor in the cup ranking, she is also not a member of the national team in 2011 despite her aquathlon silver medal.

Erofejewa lives in Omsk and represents the association БУ ОО "ОШВСМ". She started for Kazakhstan in 2010. It has not appeared internationally since 2014.
