Olga Yevgenevna Grushko
Olga Evgenjewna Gruschko ( Russian Ольга Евгеньевна Грушко ; born July 29, 1936 in Moscow ) is a Soviet - Russian metallurgist and materials scientist .
Life
Grushko studied at the Moscow Aviation - Technology -Institut (MATI), concluding 1959th
After completing his studies, Gruschko first worked as an engineer and then as a research assistant. She became a candidate in 1969 and a doctorate in technical sciences in 1990 . In 2011 she retired.
Gruschkos focal point was the scientific clarification of the processes during the melting and solidification of aluminum - alloys , in particular aluminum lithium alloys, with a reduced density for the industrial production of slabs and semi-finished products .
Honors, prizes
- Honorary aircraft builder of the USSR (1985)
- State Prize of the Russian Federation (1999) for the development of ultra-light alloys for aerospace engineering
- Honorary Worker of Moscow City Industry (2007)
