Olga Kirtschewa

Olga Atanassowa Kirtschewa ( Bulgarian Олга Атанасова Кирчева ; born May 23, 1903 in Sofia , † December 11, 1978 ibid) was a Bulgarian actress .

She played at the Bulgarian National Theater in Sofia. Her most important roles included "wet nurse" in Romeo and Juliet , "Mrs. Warren" in Mrs. Warren's trade, and mother courage . In addition, she starred in several films. In 1974 she worked as an author on the short documentary Elena Snezhina i Atanas Kirchev prez ochite na tehnite savremennitzi .

Kirtschewa was honored as a hero of socialist work and the Dimitrov Prize.
