Oliver Kobs
Oliver Kobs aka OK (born March 13, 1985 in Berlin ) is a German singer and songwriter . He has lived in northern Germany since 2013.
Career
music
Oliver Kobs was discovered by Rainer Moslener when he emerged as the winner at a major national singing casting. This was followed by a scholarship sponsored by T-Mobile and artist coaching with the star choreographer Detlef D! Soost and professional vocal coaching with David Lee Brewer , who already helped Destiny's Child and Kelly Rowland to a gold goblet. It was there for the first time in large, renowned recording studios such as JWP Jack White's Place René Rennefeld and Hansa Studios .
After the first test recordings and performances with songs by Swedish producers in cooperation with Stars2Meet and Media Markt , it became clear to him that he was on the right track with his singing career. In 2009, Kobs was named "Videostar of the week" at the UFA talent base . In the same year he signed his first agreement with Sony Music and a coop with Walt Disney and SuperRTL .
In 2010 he got his first record deal with Headbutt Records and with it his first tour with the title “Abgehn” in Austria. This reached # 1 in the musicload Dance Charts Austria and # 3 in the iTunes Top 100 Charts Austria. At the end of 2010 the next single "Es wird Laut" was released and appeared in cooperation with SONY Music , EMI , Ariola , Universal Music Group and many more. on different compilations. Oliver Kobs was a newcomer act at the ADA Awards, the music prize for dance music in Austria. In 2011 Kobs started with the pop band HANDS UP and the track "Chocolate Choco Choco" and became the headliner of the SuperRTL Toggo Tour.
In 2012 he toured the world again with the Toggo team and presented his single "Happy People" (Marky Mark & Prince Italy Joe) under the pop duo "HANDS UP". In 2014 his 5th single "Paradise" was released with Mia Gray .

In 2005 and 2006 Oliver Kobs played the leading role in the musical "Jugendfeier" in Berlin's Friedrichstadt-Palast .
