Oliver Kranz

Oliver Kranz (* 1965 ) is a German composer .

Life

Oliver Kranz began playing electric guitar in his youth, before taking piano and guitar training from HG Rausch in Munich. He then worked for several years as a live and studio musician. Occasional engagements as a composer followed before he was able to establish himself over the years with compositions for radio commercials. With his involvement in the television series Two To Fall In Love , Kranz finally made his debut as a film composer. Since then he has been responsible for the music for feature films such as The Secret of the King's Lake , The Stink Boot and Love and Death on Java . His mother is the famous film director Heidi Kranz.
