Men are something wonderful is a TV series by ZDF that was broadcast for the first time between 1996 and 2000. The topic is the man as a person and as a being.
Concept and leading actor
The episodes, which were broadcast irregularly, each contained one or two episodes. The male protagonists changed or played different roles in two consecutive stories. For example, Helmut Zierl acted as a manager and a fraudster or Herbert Herrmann as a restaurateur and a successful designer. Other protagonists were given by Michael Fitz , Bernd Herzsprung or Heinrich Schafmeister .
Script and direction
Dennis Satin , Dietmar Klein , Thomas Jacob , Heidi Kranz , Erich Neureuther , Gudrun Scheerer , Marco Serafini and Rolf von Sydow were responsible for directing the eleven episodes . The scripts were written by Karlheinz Freynik , Volker Maria Arend , Hannah Hollinger , Manfred Kosmann , Kerstin-Luise Neumann , Krystian Martinek and Marco Serafini.
