Olivia Pascal (* 26. May 1957 as Olivia Gerlitzki in Munich ) is a German actress .
Life
The trained medical assistant, who had received intensive ballet training from childhood, was discovered by the director Hubert Frank in 1976 for the film Vanessa produced by Karl Spiehs and then starred in several erotic films and sex comedies produced by Lisa Film . In 1980 she released the single Glad All Over, which reached number 59 in the German charts. Pascal became known to the television audience through the ARD music program Bananas , which was broadcast from 1981 to 1984 and of which she was a member of the ensemble of moderators. She then worked in other popular television series, including a. 1986 as Christl in Somehow and Something and from 1986 to 1989 as the nanny Carola in the Black Forest Clinic . From 1988 to 1997 (as well as in 2008 in the special Die Göttmann ) she played the detective Lizzy Berger in SOKO 5113 .
Pascal u. a. in the productions Der muss es sein (1996–2001) and Auf und vom (1999–2002) by 'Theatergastspiele Kempf GmbH'.
From 2005 to 2007 she was in the Sat.1 - Telenovela Verliebt in Berlin in the role of Laura Seidel . In June 2010 she took on a guest role as 'Judge Felicitas Strehle' in Sturm der Liebe . She paused from July through December before returning to the series in a supporting role in late December.
Since 1991 Olivia Pascal has been involved in the German Childhood Cancer Follow-up Foundation for chronically ill children in Tannheim (Villingen-Schwenningen) . The foundation works for children with cancer, heart and cystic fibrosis and their families.
