Oliver Kraus
Oliver Kraus (* 1970 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German musician, composer, producer and author in the fields of jazz and pop music. In addition to acoustic and electric guitar, he also plays the accordion and piano.
Career
Oliver Kraus completed an apprenticeship as a state-recognized professional musician and instrumental teacher for jazz and popular music at the FMW Frankfurter Musikwerkstatt in 1996 . Lecturers were Dirk Bell (guitar), Heinz-Dieter Sauerborn and Daniel Guggenheim (ensemble), Armin Keil (harmony), Michael Demmerle (rhythm). Further lessons took place with Torsten de Winkel , Rolf Bussalb and Holger Münker, masterclass workshops with Pat Martino , Scott Henderson , Wayne Krantz and Dean Brown .
Endorsement
The Just Friends duo has existed since 1995 with Alexander Holz (Stoll 6-string acoustic bass) and Oliver Kraus (Stoll Alegra nylon string). For the guitar maker Christian Stoll from Idstein, the two musicians present instruments at trade fairs and concerts.

Published in 2018 by Fingerprint Verlag: the incredible Solo Creator . The 60-page textbook with accompanying DVD contains instructions for independent guitar solo playing as well as suggestions for soloing on the acoustic or electric guitar.
