Oltinkoʻl is a village (qishloq) in the Uzbek province of Andijon in the Ferghana Valley and the capital of the district of the same name .

The village is located about 15 km west of the provincial capital Andijon . The Arawansai flows past to the west of Oltinko'l and flows into the Qoradaryo , which flows past north of the village.

According to the population census in 1989, Oltinko'l had 3,697 inhabitants, according to a calculation for 2001 the population was 6,500.
