Olvikelā ( Persian : علوی کلا, also Olvi Kola or Ayvī Kolā ) is a small town in the district of Nowshahr in the Iranian province of Mazandaran . At the 2006 census, the population was 4,142 in 1,089 families. Olvikelā is located on the Elburs Mountains and is only a few kilometers from the Caspian Sea . The majority of the inhabitants are ethnic Masanderans of Shiite faith .
