In the distant future, four hundred years after a major nuclear war, people seem to have completely disappeared. The world is only populated by cyborgs . The cyborg warrior Omega Doom encounters two hostile cyborg groups: the warlike ROMs and the more human DROIDS, which are also programmed for war.
