The One Atlantic Center (formerly IBM Tower ) is a skyscraper in Atlanta, USA . The building has a height of 250 meters, making it the third tallest in the city after the 317 meter high Bank of America Plaza and the 265 meter high SunTrust Plaza . It is also the 45th tallest building in the United States . The skyscraper has 50 floors with a total usable area of ​​102,000 square meters, which is almost exclusively used for office space. In addition to the offices, there are only a few technical facilities that are used to commission the building. The One Atlantic Center was built from 1985 to 1987. The Johnson / Burgee Architects firm was responsible for the planning.
