SunTrust Plaza (previously One Peachtree Center ) is a 265-meter, 60-story skyscraper in Atlanta . The building was completed in 1992 and is currently the second tallest building in Atlanta after the Bank of America Plaza . The design comes from the architect John Portman . Architecturally, the building stands out above all for its roof, which has been tiered into different levels. In the upper area, graduated in rectangles, the previous facade made of stone and glass merges into a complete glass cladding. The ground floor plan is rectangular in shape.

On March 14, 2008, the building was slightly damaged by a tornado , windows were torn out and an entrance was damaged.
