One Bennett Park is a skyscraper under construction in Chicago , Illinois . With a height of 257 m, it is one of the tallest buildings in Chicago .

The project was first presented to the public at 451 East Grand Avenue in July 2014 and approved in December. In October 2015, the planned high-rise was renamed One Bennett Park. Construction began in 2016 and reached its final height of 257 m in January 2018. The opening took place in spring 2019.

The design of the building is based on the Art Deco skyscrapers of the 1920s and 1930s and thus belongs to the Neo Déco style like the already completed 30 Park Place or 220 Central Park South in New York City .

One Bennett Park houses 279 apartments and 69 condominiums on 67 floors. There is a parking garage with 900 parking spaces at the base of the tower.

The architectural icon Lake Point Tower is in the immediate vicinity .
