Ophelie Kleerekoper-Winter (born February 20, 1974 in Boulogne-Billancourt ) is a French pop singer and actress .

biography

Ophélie Winter was born with a talent for singing from her father, a former pop singer, and her mother, who worked as a model . The parents separated when their daughter was very young. The mother stayed in France, Ophélie Winter moved to the USA with her father . She stayed there until the end of her 18th year. Back in France, she first worked as a model, but then switched to acting and started her music career.

Between 1996 and 1999 the Frenchwoman had her first film roles and appearances in TV shows . The album No soucy! was published in 1996, Privacy followed three years later. The single I Spy made it into the German charts in 1998 . Ding and Tout le monde le fait , two extracts from the album Explicit Lyrics , hit the Swiss charts in 2002 and 2003 respectively . After a long break, the album Resurrection was released in 2009 .

In 2014 she took part in the fifth season of the French dance show Danse avec les stars .
