Orbó is a Spanish town in the province of Palencia in the autonomous community of Castile and León . Orbó belongs to Brañosera , it is located nine kilometers southeast of the main town of the municipality. Orbó can be reached from the PP-2252 road.
Until 1954, the formerly independent municipality of Orbó belonged to today's village of Vallejo de Orbó , which was built as a settlement for the miners.

The place lived from the mining of minerals in the 19th century. The decline of this branch of the economy is clearly evident in the population development.
