The Orizon GmbH formed from the merger of the three personnel services jobs in time , RP staff and RKM emerged. The strategic merger took place on January 1, 2013. The human resources company, which operates throughout Germany and is based in Augsburg , has around 100 locations throughout Germany and achieved sales of EUR 296.2 million in 2019 with around 6,500 employees.

Orizon GmbH focuses on corporate and personnel consulting, as well as the temporary employment and placement of personnel . According to Lünendonk , Orizon GmbH 2020 is one of the ten leading temporary employment and personnel services companies in Germany. Orizon GmbH is a member of the iGZ , one of the two largest German employers' associations for temporary work.

history

The Orizon Group was created in 1999 from the merger of RKM GmbH Personaldienstleistungen, Munich , founded in 1978, Rolf Plümer GmbH, founded in Augsburg in 1982 , SIR Industrieservice GmbH, founded in Schramberg in 1988, and Andreas Wust GmbH, which was also founded in Augsburg in 1995. In 2006 the private equity company Silverfleet Capital took over the majority in Orizon GmbH. Dieter Traub took over the management of the company in the same year.

In 2007 jobs in time GmbH, founded in Hamburg in 2000 , was acquired. As of January 1, 2010 the subsidiaries Andreas Wust GmbH, SIR Industrieservice GmbH and Rolf Plümer GmbH were merged to form RP Personal GmbH. With effect from November 1, 2010, Orizon GmbH took over the insolvent Brinkhof GmbH and integrated it into RP Personal GmbH. In 2013 the three subsidiaries jobs in time, RP Personal and RKM were merged to form the operational Orizon GmbH.

In December 2016 / January 2017 the Japanese company group Outsourcing Inc. acquired all shares in Orizon Holding GmbH.

The management team consists of Oliver Kömpf (CEO), Doron Marcu (CDO) and Alexander Schnürer (CFO).
