Osanna
Osanna of Jouarre (also Osmanna) was a saint (feast: August 16 and September 9, respectively) and virgin of Jouarre (diocese of Meaux, France).
She was the sister of King Osred of Northumbria (705-716), fled to Brittany and became a recluse (walled-in nun) in Saint-Brieuc . Even today, Saint Osanna enjoys great veneration , especially in the French departments of Sarthe , Seine-et-Marne and in the most important abbey in France, St-Denis in Paris.
