Oscar Cesare

Oscar Edward Cesare (* 1885 in Linköping , † July 25, 1948 in Stamford ) was an American cartoonist of Swedish origin.

Cesare lived in New York City from 1911 . From 1920 onwards he published regularly in the Sunday magazine of the New York Times . In October 1922 he visited the Kremlin in Moscow, where he made drawings of Lenin and Trotsky .
