Oscar de Cock

Oscar de Cock (* 1881 ) was a Belgian rower who was particularly successful in the eighth .

He trained his entire career at the Koninklijke Roeivereniging Club Gent . At the Summer Olympics in Paris in 1900 he was able to win the silver medal in the eighth competition together with Marcel van Crombrugge , Jules de Bisschop , Prospère Bruggeman , Maurice Hemelsoet , Frank Odberg , Oscar de Somville , Maurice Verdonck and Alfred van Landeghem . With these he also won the European Championships in 1900 and - with a partially changed line-up - in 1901.
