The Oshiage Beach ( Japanese お し あ げ 浜 Oshiage-hama , German 'Elevated Beach' ) is a beach on the Prince Harald Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located on a side bay of the Lützow-Holm-Bucht on the northeast side of the Skallen group of hills between this and the mouth of the Skallebreen .

Aerial photographs and measurements by a Japanese Antarctic expedition carried out from 1957 to 1962 were used to map it. The US Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names transferred the Japanese name from 1972 three years later in a partial translation into English.
