history
The building, which was built around 1925 in the expressionist style, is the former civil servants' residence of the neighboring power station . It is a two-storey hipped roof building with a basement and a stair tower in a clinker brick look. The strapping on the stair tower and the basement gives the house's architecture a certain dynamic.
