Oskar Leuer von Hinüber (* 1892 , † 1961 ) was a German lawyer and author of legal textbooks.

Life

Oskar Leuer von Hinüber from the von Hinüber family was Senate President at the Higher Regional Court in Celle . He wrote a number of standard legal works during the Nazi era . In eastern Germany his books were sorted out after the Second World War. Much of his work appeared in the West in a revised version after 1945.
