The Osmeña peak with an altitude of 1,013 m , the highest mountain on the island of Cebu in the Philippines .
Osmeña Peak is located in the area of the municipality of Dalaguete , in the south of the province of Cebu . It is located in a chain of hills that is reminiscent of the Chocolate Hills on the island of Bohol and is covered with grass and bush vegetation . It can be climbed all year round, with December to May being the driest months in the region. The municipality of Dalaguete is located approx. 85 km southwest of Cebu City and can be reached via the southern coastal road.
