Oswald Fuchs (born February 27, 1892 in Friedrichstal , Gummersbach district , † after 1938) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending primary school , Fuchs worked as a construction worker (paving master). From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War, in which he fought with infantry regiments 65, 161 and 69 on the western and eastern fronts and was awarded the Iron Cross of both classes and the Wound Badge. From August 1918 to February 1920, Fuchs was in French captivity. After his return from the war he lived in Schalenbach.

In 1928, Fuchs joined the NSDAP and the SA . On April 1, 1929, he was appointed SA-Sturmführer and on April 1, 1930, he was appointed SA-Standartenführer . In 1933 he lived as a paving master in Düsseldorf . From 1933 to 1934 Fuchs was temporarily entrusted with the management of SA Brigade 75 in Düsseldorf and Brigade 74 in Wesel . From November 1933 to April 1938, Fuchs was also a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 20 ( Cologne - Aachen ) .
