Oswald Neuberger

Oswald Neuberger (born October 11, 1941 in Ingolstadt ) is a German psychologist .

Neuberger studied psychology and business administration at the University of Munich from 1962 to 1967 . After his doctorate in 1970 and his habilitation in 1975, he taught from 1977 to 1980 as a professor of organizational psychology at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich .

From 1980 to March 2007 he held the Chair of Psychology I at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Augsburg . His main focus was leadership and micropolitics . He retired on April 1, 2007 . He is one of the 2016 Dr. Margrit Egnér Foundation .

The German National Library lists over 50 of his publications. He is senior editor of the Zeitschrift für Personalforschung .
