Otávio Fantoni , called Nininho in Italy also Fantoni II , (born April 4, 1907 in Belo Horizonte , Minas Gerais , † February 8, 1935 in Rome , Italy), was a Brazilian - Italian football player . Nininho, whose career took place in the 1930s, competed for Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte , then still known as Palestra Itália and Lazio Rome .

Nininho came from a family that produced some footballers. Next to him are his cousins, the three soccer brothers Leonízio Fantoni , Ninão and Orlando .

After playing very successfully at Palestra Itália, he went to Lazio Rome in Italy in 1930. He started this path together with his cousin Ninão (Fantoni I). In 1932 his cousin Leonízio also joined the club. This was called Fantoni III or Niginho. Otávio is said to have scored five goals in 106 league games.
