Otto Ernest Weber

Otto Ernest Weber (born April 5, 1921 in Făgăraş , Romania ; † August 2, 2001 in Bucharest ) was a Romanian-German politician.

Career

From 1990 to 2000 he was a member of the Romanian House of Representatives from the Bucharest constituency on the list of the Romanian Ecological Party , which was part of the electoral alliance "Romanian Democratic Convention". He took on the role of chairman of the parliamentary friendship group Romania-Austria and Romania-Germany. During the legislative period from 1996 to 2000 he was deputy chairman of the parliamentary club of the National Christian Democratic Peasant Party and the Greens (PER) and deputy chairman of the committee on human rights and minorities.
