Otto Hennke

Otto Hermann Albert Hennke (born October 2, 1882 in Ribbekardt , Greifenberg district , Pomerania , † April 2, 1949 in Flensburg ) was a German politician .

Live and act

He worked in the Rüdersdorf lime works and attended the administrative school in Berlin . In 1911 he came to Oliva and headed the police department there until 1914. During the First World War he took over the management of the food welfare office. Hennke was a member of the community council and the board of trustees for higher schools. He volunteered in a number of committees of the municipal corporations and was also a leader in associations and cooperatives. From 1925 Hennke was head of a department in the Danzig police headquarters . He was last promoted on November 1, 1938. Hennke was elected as a liberal in the election for the constituent assembly in Danzig in 1920 as a member of the constituent assembly and belonged to the I. - III. Gdansk People's Day . He represented the DDP and the DPFW (1920–1923) in the 1st Danzig Volkstag , the DDP (1924–1927) in the 2nd Volkstag and the III. Volkstag the civil working group (1927–1930).

Hennke had three children with his wife Hilda (* February 27, 1887): Son Günther (* May 7, 1913) was a trainee lawyer, Horst (* January 22, 1917) died on May 26, 1940 in Rödingen near Labiau and Ilse (* February 1, 1920 - April 11, 1920).
