Otto Kuner

Otto Kuner (born June 13, 1879 in Bad Rippoldsau , † November 26, 1953 in Offenburg ) was a German lawyer and politician ( BCSV , CDU ).

Life

Kuner attended grammar school and then began studying law at the universities of Freiburg and Tübingen , which he completed in 1905 with the first state examination in law. He did military service from 1906 to 1907, completed his legal clerkship and passed the Second State Examination in 1910. From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War as a soldier . From 1919 to 1930 he worked as a notary in Krautheim and Adelsheim , and from 1930 in the same position in Offenburg.

After the Second World War , Kuner took part in the founding of the BCSV, which later became the Baden regional association of the CDU. From 1946 to 1947 he was chairman of the BCSV district association Offenburg. Between November 1946 and May 1947 he was a member of the Advisory State Assembly of the State of Baden .
