Otto Neumaier

Otto Neumaier (* 1951 in Dornbirn ) is an Austrian philosopher and professor at the University of Salzburg .

Live and act

Neumaier studied philosophy and German at the University of Innsbruck from 1970 to 1979 . Since 1980 he has been working at the Institute for Philosophy at the University of Salzburg, with a focus on ethics, aesthetics and philosophical anthropology.

In addition to various book publications as an author and editor, Otto Neumaier also acts as a co-editor of Conceptus , the magazine for philosophy and frame. The state of the art .
