Otto Panck
Otto Karl Johann Panck (born December 4, 1833 in Kruthen , Kurland , † July 11, 1914 in Mitau ) was a Baltic German theologian .
From 1881 to 1884 he was a spiritual member of the General Consistory in St. Petersburg . From 1895 to 1898 he was provost of the Bauskeschen diocese . From 1898 to 1907 he was General Superintendent of Courland .
