Otto Schukat

Otto Schukat (born November 21, 1899 in Neu-Budupönen ; † March 21, 1954 in the district of Celle ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

After attending elementary school and secondary school, Schukat took part in the First World War. After the war, in which he was awarded the Iron Cross of both classes, Schukat studied agriculture for four semesters. Following the examination to become a qualified farmer ("state-certified farmer"), he settled down as a farmer in Angerburg in East Prussia .

In the 1920s, Schukat joined the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP). He also became a member of the Sturmabteilung (SA), in which he reached the rank of Standartenführer and SA leader of the SA Group Austria.

In the Reichstag election of July 1932 , Schukat was elected as a candidate of the NSDAP for constituency 1 (East Prussia) in the Reichstag of the Weimar Republic . He was a member of the German parliament for just under four months, until the Reichstag elections in November 1932 , when he lost his mandate again.

His further life is unclear.
