Oualid Ben-Cupid

Oualid Ben-Amor (born May 24, 1976 in Monastir ) is a former Tunisian handball player .

Ben-Amor , who mostly played on the middle back, began his career at Club Africain Tunis in Tunisia. He was then signed by BM Ciudad Real for a year before moving to Teka Cantabria . When the club went bankrupt in 2008, he got a contract from FC Barcelona , which was provisionally valid until the end of the year, to replace Iker Romero , who was injured until December 2008 . From 2009 to 2013 he played for Al-Jazeera in the United Arab Emirates .

Oualid Ben-Amor has played 167 international matches for the Tunisian national team .
