'Ounḏa Kômaytou , al-Dschanubiyya ( Arabic الجزيرة الجنوبية ('اوندا كوماتيو), Rhounda Komaytou, `Ounda Komaytou, Ile du Sud, dt .: South Island) is an uninhabited island of about Djibouti belonging archipelago of the Seven Brothers Islands in the Strait of Bab al Mandeb between the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean .

The island is about 14 km off the coast of the Obock region . It is the south-easternmost of the archipelago and reaches a height of 47 meters (geonames: 19 m) above the sea . It is surrounded by reefs.
