Ousmane Ahmeye Zeidine (called Zao ; born June 9, 1994 in Niger ) is a Nigerien football player .

Club career

Striker Zeidine began playing football in his native Niger, where he was trained in an academy for young players. In February 2013, the French second division SCO Angers tested him and signed him the following summer. In the West French he was initially intended for the fifth-class reserve team, for which he was then regularly used. However, he stayed away from a possible inclusion in the professional game and after only one year his engagement with the SCO ended. He found a new employer in August 2014 at the fifth division Saint-Colomban Sportive Locminé from the Brittany region . He left this again in the winter break of 2014/15.

National team

Zeidine was part of the Niger U-21 team as a young adult and was its captain. At the age of 18 he was nominated by trainer Gernot Rohr for the Nigerien national team and made his debut on March 23, 2013 in a 4-0 defeat in a World Cup qualifier against Burkina Faso .
