Owi Mahn

Owi Mahn (born February 17, 1972 in Gießen ) is a German filmmaker and video artist .

Life

The studied civil engineer has been studying visual communication at the Offenbach am Main University of Design since 2002 . His pre-diploma thesis was the short film Totalschaden , which was released in November 2005 at the Wiesbaden Exground Filmfest and was also shown on March 25, 2009 on Hessischer Rundfunk . His film Krossmedia also celebrated its premiere in 2005 at the Oberhausen International Short Film Festival . Mahn deals with video installations and animated experimental films , which thematically are often located in the automotive field.
