The Pätzer Vorderesee is an approximately 1.7 km² large body of water in Bestensee , Dahme-Spreewald district . The lake has a connection to the Pätzer Hintersee in the south and to the Todnitzsee in the north via the Glunze . The Pätzer Vorderesee is part of the Dahme river system . There is no connection to the northeastern Tonsee .
South of the Pätzer front lake is the district of Pätz of the municipality of Bestensee and northwest of the center of Bestensee. East runs the Federal Highway 179 , north of the national road 246 , west extend the federal highway 13 and the Berlin-Görlitz railway .
The maximum depth is 18 m.
