The 1930/31 season was the third regular season of the Pacific Coast Hockey League (PCHL). The Seattle Eskimos became champions .

During the regular season, the four teams in the league played 36 games each. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Victoria Cubs stopped playing.
- The Tacoma Tigers were added to the league as an expansion team.
