The 1940/41 season was the eighth regular season of the Pacific Coast Hockey League (PCHL). The champions became the Vancouver Lions .
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Spokane Bombers were added to the league as an expansion team.

During the regular season, the three teams in the league played 48 games each. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
