The 1945/46 season was the tenth regular season of the Pacific Coast Hockey League (PCHL). The champions were the Vancouver Canucks .

- The Pasadena Panthers stopped playing.
- The Seattle Stars stopped the game.
- The Vancouver Vanguards stopped playing.
- The New Westminster Royals were added to the league as an expansion team.
- The Vancouver Canucks were added to the league as an expansion team.
